Cant Start A new file
Hi I am new here and I have been looking everywhere for help to this problem in Photoshop 7.0. Whenever I go to file and new it pops up saying "Could not create a new document because the scratch disks are full" I have go into edit>preferences>plug ins and scratch disks and tried changing the settings to no avail. My first is startup and my second is C: I changed them around and it doesnt help. I tried a full uninstall and reinstall but it still says it
!Any ideas what is wrong and how it can be fixed?? |

How much space do you have on your drive? Basically the scratch disk is what photoshop uses as extra memory.
If you have a second drive, make the primary scratch disk as that drive (ie: d) and secondary scratch disk as C: Last edited by djflorian : August 31st, 2004 at 06:59 AM. Reason: Damn smilies were on! |
