colors arent working correctly

My son has been playing with some graphics on photoshop and messed up colors. Applying gradients,or fill colors it always uses a lavender color no matter what the foreground or background color is.


anyone had this problem before ??????

Try this.

On the menu, click Image>Mode then make sure that the checked item is RGB Color or CMYK Color depending on which you prefer.

There's a pop-up (little circle with an arrow) in the options window for the gradient tool that allows you to reset it... you may have to reload the default set (should be in the app folder). Hope that makes sense! ...good luck!
