De-Saturated image output problem

I've been wrestling with this issue of trying to get deeper, more heavily saturated colors to export correctly. I've included a screenshot to show you what I mean. The saved images (png-24) end up looking somewhat washed out or at least not nearly as bold or deep as I originally had intended. Any suggestions?
