I have a ton of fonts that I would like to use in PS, But I don't want them to load when I start PS. How can I import them into PS when I want to use them, not all at once. Reason being is that I have a TON of fonts and it slows performance and program start takes longer. In other words, can I keep them all in a folder outside of the PS folder and access them on a need to use basis? I have lots of RAM, I just don't like any of the system resources taken up if they don't have to be.

Try Adobe Type Manager (ATM) it's free and the Deluxe edition cost's some bucks. Install all the fonts you have, and simply activate the one's you nead at a time. Hope it helps...bye
