Deleting an Image from an Image?
Here the picture:

Basically you have to use the Clone Stamp Tool to duplicate some parts of the clouds over the existing cables ... at first the hard part seems to be the cable over the church's window but all you have to do is copy a part of the window and place it over the cable and POOOF the cable disappears
 You can try editing the image yourself using these steps but you can also use my last image and thank me with an email (mihai_silver@yahoo.com)Have fun, Silver
