Yes, I do this all the time in my business. All you need to do is change the resolution under image-->image size. Your image size now is about 28" x 21" at 72dpi. When you change the resolution to 300dpi your image will be a standard 5" x 7" photo. Now the image will print out great assuming you don't want to make it bigger then a 5" x 7".
If you want it bigger your quality of the final product will degrade rapidly and not print well. The best thing to do is to take another picture, of whatever it is, at a higher camera image quality setting (more pixels) or get a print made of the picture then scan it at a high resolution (i.e. 1200dpi but this all depends on how big you want it).
