Files refuse to associate with PS 7.0

Hello all,

This is driving me crazy. I got a new Dell at work recently and for some reason it will not let me associate graphics files with Photoshop. Double clicking on .jpgs, .gifs, .pngs, etc opens up IE !!

I've tried resetting it using Open with... and checking the box, etc. but it will not work.

Opening files through the pull down menu in PS works fine. Even drag/drop works fine, but I cannot for the life of me get files associated with PS! HELP!
