fonts & colors in photoshop

Hi,

I am a newbie to photoshop. I want to know in which font the attached logo is made of. I need to make more logos of the same in different colors.

Ther are so many fonts in photoshop that I dont know hoe to familiarise with them, except to typr out text in each of them which is very time consuming.

Please also let me know how I can experiment with different shades of colors.

The font name in which "Batia & Aleeza" is written in "ParkAveDEE".
