Unhappy From Paintshop Pro to Photoshop

I am an avid user of Paintshop pro, but on the Macintoshes I use, this program is not compatible, so I use photoshop. However there are several tools available in Paintshop that I can't find in photoshop...

ex: "Color to target/Hue to target" tools: these brushes change the color of the affected area, without altering the image itself (ie, w/o covering the lineart, etc) ....

- Color replace tool - this tool is used to replace a specific color with another one when the paintbucket tool won't work, or it is too tedious to use.

If anyone knows whether or not photoshop has these tools, and if so, where I can find them, PLEASE let me know.

thank you
