Gray image to color

Hi guys
I have a gray Image that I need to turn it to green color. it is bunch of trees that should be appear in the green color.
can any one please do any help?

There's a similar way to achieve this effect that, I think, is easier.

Select what you want colorized, like the tree tops. Do an Alt+I+H. Check Colorize and position the sliders to the appropriate positions.
