Exclamation Help for PSD formats!!!!

okay, I made this image with duotone(with the color sepia) and w/ a new layer that was filled and then cut out with the magic wand. this created an efect that made the image look "old." and then I added some rippled effects and sharpening and whatnot..

and then I tried to save, and it saved onto PSD. the thing is, PSD is a format specially for photoshop so I can't convert it.

I realized that any image I make with duotone (I dunno if there are any more but there prolly is) will only give you PSD, EPS, RAW, and PDF. none of which could really be used on the web.

WHAT DO I DO NOW??? my image is permanently screwed up because I didn't make a copy..does anyone know what the problem is???
