Help please

hello, every one i am really new to pictures line , but i need your guidance for a diabetes calander which i need to make pictures from scratch ,
i really tried photoshop but i feel it a kinda edit and effects
focused so , please i wonder how people draw clear and good pictures example the body parts human heart etc..

There are many tutorials online, you can search for it. You can do it in Photoshop or flash-swish/swish-tutorials.
