Help with a PrOBleM in Photoshop or DreamWEaver

Im new to creating Templates so bare with me... ne ways I have made all the pics and stuff and did all my slices and stuff but when
i get on dreamweaver and open the template the parts that i want to have text in wont let me chnage with dreamweaver... ne way to make it so i can just edit the text through Dreamweaver

I dont understand fully, but I think you might still have just an image there?? In which case you will either have to

A) Send the bit you want to write in (the image) into the background of the table (that photoshop generates) so you can write over it.

or

B) Edit your slice lines so its just a solid colour and no detail that is being edited so when you put it into DreamWeaver you can delete the image and just set the colour in hex and write on it just as normal.

well like I think what i created is just an image and what i want to do is to be able to go into Dreamweaver and Edit/change the text from dreamweaver. Sorry if im confusing im pretty new to this you guys are great for helping noobs like me

Its not a problem, the image that you made in photoshop is un editable in Dream Weaver

You can't. You will need to create the text in Dreamweaver by doing what MikeyMo0o suggested
