|
help with this tutorial of changing photos to sketches

looks easy but i dont think i'm getting the "move this layer over that layer " thing right. I click one layer and drag it to the other but the layer moves on top, however on the palette i still see both layers, that aint supposed to happen right?

If you go into your layers tab then all you have to do is drag one layer to the top of all the other layers or where you want it. Thats all there is to it if i am understanding you correctly.
