Hi anyone knows how to create dreamy faded-color effect for photos?

photoshop effect
it is really helpful if you tried to watch some videos especially on youtube, there are a lot of it there. as of me im not expert on that area but when i do encounter some problems like that i just watch videos there.

Hello,

Suppose you want to blend the color from navy blue to cobalt blue then just go to

commands-creative-fade images-filters-adjust colors-color/brightness-filters-blur
