How do I stop Auto Canvas Rotate on portrait images?

Hi,

Would be much appreciated if anyone out there has a clue on what the hell is happening to me.

Whenever I go to open an image shot in portrait, not landscape, Photoshop automatically changes my image to landscape and there is nothing I can do to get it back.

If I rotate canvas on the image it still saves as landscape..

This annoying rotation happens when I open the image and occurs automatically.

How can I stop this from happening.

Thanks IN Advance.

Boggy
