how do u toggle the cursor?
how does one toggle the cursur btwn the crosshair and looking like the tool? is there a short cut?

toggle?

I don't think you can.
If you mean switching from the marquee selection tool and any other tool, then yes there are shortcuts.
Simply hover long enough over each tool in the tools window and you'll be given the shortcut key. for instance if you press me you'll get a cross hair, if you then press v you'll get an arrow.

Is that what you meant?

I think he means by instead of having that text edit "I" thingy.... To toogle it back to the mouse pointer so its easyer to expand the window....
