How do you make a border around a picture???
Ok, I've been at this since yesterday and nothing is working. ALl I'm trying to do is make a simple white border around a picture. I want it to be thinner than a "1" stroke, but photoshop doesn't want to go that low. In addition, the stroke it makes seems to never be even! What the heck! It seems to always be slanted. I see jaggies on the edges. Why are there jaggies?
Can anyone help? I just want to make a white border around the pics... |

the easiest way is to use the stroke function.
You want to stroke INSIDE and well you cant go any lower than one pixel. I mean thats as small as you can get. How small is your picture for 1 pixel to be too big?? 1 pixels means your 'border' will be 1 pixel wide all the way around your picture. Thats very very thin.

No I figured it out. I was enlarging the pics in my webpage without knowning it because I set the dimensions too large by mistake. 3 pixels actually worked out just fine.
Thanks for the reply though! I really appreciate it! |
