I'm wondering how to convert the rgb mode to cymk mode in adobe illustrator 8.0.1 or adobe photoshop 5.5

Oh, how goofy of me... I was spending sto much time on Illustrator that I forgot to look for it in Photoshop. (Forgot to use the photoshop to convert the images then paste them into illustrator. Weird, can't find any of the cymk conversion in illustrator...
