I want to know how to do the boxes in the inside not the border. can you help me?

Try using :
Filter -> stylize -> Tiles

Select the color used to create the squares. (the tiles)
new layer -> fill the selection on new layer with white.
Set the opacity of this new layer to 20% or something.
Then make a layermask (layer -> add layermask -> reveal all)
Brush out the sides the way you like it with a black brush

Now go back to original layer, select the tile outlines and make them white. Give this layer opacity higher then the selected one for teh other layer and...

Voila!

(finishing touch: insert layer of pretty asian lady below layers we just created.. ^_^ )

Edit:

Oh, and give the tile outlines layer a shadow of 1px with layerstyle on "multiply" or "Color dodge" a.o. Just what looks best.
