    [Image Ready] - Active page

I have some several webpages which use tables (because I hate frames) and the same navigation (pretty logical)...

The navigation is built in Image Ready, and contains links in a slight shade of grey, which turn dark grey as a rollover effect, perfect up to now. I want those links to remain dark grey when they are active.

Let 's say that I click on "contact". It 's slightly gray, and turns dark grey when the cursors rolls over it. Now that button has to stay dark grey when you are on the contact-page (actually for each link).

Is this possible in Image Ready?

i m not sure if this can be done in image ready...? i m pretty sure you can set the active state (i dunno maybe not...i dont have it on this machine )but as for the bit about having it show you wich page you are on....that ll take a bit of javascript...image ready may do it but...i dunno.

there was recently a post about somehting like this i think in the javascript forum..

    good lucky and rock on!

Like he says, I doubt you can enabe it in Image Ready.

But, if javascript isn't your thing (like me ^^), you can change the html code of each page so that it's button stays in the rollover state.

    eg:
    <a href="contact.htm><img src="images/contactover.jpg></a>

the problem with this method..if you have 100 pages you have to change all the 100...

I'm sure you can achieve something with the cascading style sheets You can do anything with CSS.
