Image ready gif

hey guys, I'm trying to achieve an avatar similar to this

using this as the background image

and using this as the gif at the bottom.

does anyone know how I could achieve this in image ready 7? I tried dragging the gif onto the image but it only drags one layer. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Try loading the first animated gif in imageready, after loading you should see several layers, then load your background and attached it on each and every layer. For the the last animated gif, load it, you should be left with several added layers, then attached each layer like what you did with your background.
