ImageReady does not start

Hi all my friends and also the administrator.
I need your help badly and immediately.

I have downloaded photoshop 7ME and when I tried to open Image ready, it gives the following message then close:

"Could not fully start the application because the ADM plug-in was not found in the "required" folder or is not functionning properly"

I made sure that the file is present in the right place. I tried downloading several time but no way.

Please help me quicly.
