little help

im making a fake cover for a ps2 game for wrestling and i find the wrestlers picture i want ot use but i dont know how to only put the wrestler on it without the background the picture was on, can someone help?

you'll need to cut out the wrestler by hand. you can do this using the lasso tool. zoom in and draw round the wrester, then link up the ends of the lasso line and invert the selection. you can now delete the bg.
