Well.
I don't know the official method, but if you search through the PS help files you should find some helpful tips.
Search for: "Preset Manager" or "Creating brushes" or "preset brushes"
Now, here's what I suggest.
Load each brush into the brushes display window by appending them.
Now save it. Before you do this, do a search for "creating brushes". You should find a helpfile with the heading: Creating and managing preset brushes.
It will give you helpful info about how saving brushes and so forth works.
Another method, open the preset manager, load all brushes into the preset manager by appending. Click 'done' when you're done. This method however I don't think will retain state. You may need to save it for PS to remember the changes for the next time.
