My colour picker looks like its from windows ms paint

for some reason my colour picker looks like the one form MS Paint from XP. This is a problem because its a pain to get the colour i want, and because i doesnt allow the use of the eyedropper so i cant change the colour of my vectors. is there a way i can fix this?
