that looks like it would be quite easy to handle making

all it looks like is 3 layers (excluding the text above the links and the links text)

just a cut picture of the 3 people, and one that blends into the sky blue of that picture (could be merged together as well) and a yellow layer which looks like its granited and maybe a bevel effect.

add your words and its done
