how do i create frame or layout using photoshop or image ready

i think image ready doesn't have this kind of feature. but you can easily create a frame using dreamweaver mx. ^^

if im wrong, please correct me.

I guess ya know I'm trying to make a web site...well i learn how to use slice hahaha but how do i save them and save it as a html file and how do I set the one of the slice as the parent.
