No shortcuts in Photoshop CS - help please
I cannot use any shortcuts in Photoshop CS (8.0). No cut, copy, past, etc. I have to use the pull down menus. How do I enable these shortcuts?

Also, I can't move a selection box (moving lines around a selection) with my arrow keys. And when I move them with my cursor -- it locks to a side when it's within 10 pixels. How can I move the selection box with my arrow keys and turn off the locking?

Any help would be appreciated.
