photoshop 6, is this possible?
My only hope is that I can describe what I'm trying to accomplish here...
I've created a poster, and I'm trying to place a banner, like you would see on a tattoo, like a peice of cloth, or paper, draped loosely in front of part of my image, if this helps, here is an example of what I'm trying to do... example its not a great example, but it fits, so if anyone can push me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it! TIA -Dave |

dave,
you want to create a tatoo in photoshop , and want to place it over skin... ?? anyway the basics are you create ur (tattoo)with pen tool , stroke .then change blending option (this will depend on ur underlaying layer , layer u want to place it) , then manipulate , levels , b/c . |

not so much a tattoo, but thats what I need on the poster, a banner with some text on it. I had already trid the pen tool, but I couldn't figure out how to color the banner I made, or put text in in, for that matter. I guess I just need a bit more practice, since I suck
But, thanks for the reply! -D |

Cloth banner Effect
Dave,
I would simply hand draw it to your liking and then scan it into Photoshop and then break each element into a separate layer and have fun coloring and sizing, etc on top of your poster. -Don |

yeah, I was thinking of doing that, too.
I'll work it out somehow. |
