Photoshop 7.0 question. PLEASE HELP
alright... I know how to import an image (copy from one box to another//drag and drop) but I was wondering. how do I import an image and make it slightly transparent? ive seen it done before, i just dont know how. thanks. ~dalton

If you right-click the layer in the layer tab, you should see blending options.
Once opened, you should be on 'blending options: default' look to the right and look for 'opacity'. |
