I have been trying to upload some jpeg pics (saved for web) created in Photoshop 7.0. Every time I try to upload to a particular site, I get the message that there is an error, file name must not contain spaces. Now, I upload to other sites (E-Bay, etc) with no problem. I am using an I-Mac, which may well be the problem, but, then, other people use the same computer and have no problem.
I have tried saving the files using Graphic Converter, but no change. Any ideas? |

The website you're posting them to doesn't allow spaces. I suggest changing the name to something like "example_1.jpg". Spaces throw off a lot of browsers and cause compatibility issues. |

Yeah, Cheesefood has right. Spaces in filenames are no good for web use. It doesn't concern your file format done by graphic converter. you'd better use "_", "-", or "%20" instead of spaces.
%20 is the ASCII code of "space" charachter. And, please....Don't complain of any Macintosh, ok? :-))) Feel free to visit my site for more web design info and tutorials. www.edynamo.com Best, Fader Quote:
