Photoshop brushes problem
I'm having an issue with brushes in photoshop cs. When trying to use the blur/sharpen and eraser tool there is no effect on the image. I have converted my image to RGB as instructed and get no effect fro the blur tool which is set properly (mode-normal, strength 100%) and with the eraser tool I can only use the "block" mode, the other modes don't work either, anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for the help!
