Photoshop CS Keyboard Commands Dont work

I've heard that the Photoshop keyboard commands not working is a result of an Illegal software crack.

I am in the habbit of backing up my software (making copies) in the event something happens to my original copy. I also prefer installing from the copy as to avoid scratching the original with use accidently/ware and tear, etc...

However this problem has happened to me when I installed from a copy of the original photoshop CS Disk. I think Photoshop should come up with a fix for people who have a legal copy but would like to keep backups of thier software. I installed with the original disk and all is fine, but I wonder what I would do should that original disk ever get damaged.

What you must understand this that the reasons keyboard shortcuts don't work in the illegal version is because that functionality is not compiled within the illegal version, thus would be impossible for this to occur on a legal copy unless the was another reason parts of Photoshop didn't work on your machine.
