Talking Photoshop CS, Save For Web, Color Fading
I know people have talked about this before, but I believe they were talking about Photoshop 7 .. not CS ..

When I try to save an image for web, it fades all the colors considerably ... help!!! thanks

You are most likely trying to save the image as a .gif. If you save it as a JPG it trys it hardest to resemblem the colors of the orgional image. Try 64 colors and if it doesnt look right keep bumping it up.

I've tried every setting in there .. not looking any different ... anyone else have any ideas?

post the pictures. the orgional PSD image and the image when u save it. I have PSD 7. Ill try it out.
