Once again...

I am sorry if I was vague in my question last time...
I will try to rephrase it again....

I have photoshop 7 and till around last week it was working fine. But in the mean time I had problem saying d3d9.dll was missing. After consulting people I installed directx9 and the problem was solved. But a new problem arose. Now when I cannot use any of the filters and cannot save files for webpages. whenever i try it will tell me " could not perform operation module not found".

I have deinstalled photshop completely and then reinstaled it again but the problem is still there. I have no clue.... what happened.

Can anybody help me.

Could be a windows problem? Reinstalling windows could be a huge pain, but maybe just do a windows update or search for the missing file on the Microsoft website...if you're using Windows, that is.
