Photoshop type problem
Hi, something really weird is happening here. I try and type.. and my blinking cursor is really long vertically. Like when i type my text goes way above my document and I have to use the move tool to bring it down. Does anyone know why my text is typing way above my doc.. my blinking cursor is strangly to large, as in tall.. even when im trying to type a 10px text. Thanks

It is because you are trying to type using a very high DPI (resolution).
Open a new document and in the window that pops up make sure the DPI (resolution) is 71dpi, then try the type tool ![]() |

72 is more common, but I guess that's being picky.

It might also be simply that you have a large font chosen. I just did a test at 72ppi, but with a 300 pt font, and the cursor was HUGE! So check your font size first.
