PLease help me with this photo urgent
how to make the left shoulder same as the right shoulder rank? I use this photo for civilian purpose so I am allowed to edit it. Please help me thanks

You can rotate the image, if the photo wasn't taken right.
You can also make a new layer with the right shoulder, flip it and put it over the left shoulder. Use the erasing tool to make invisible the margins.

add layer to the photo
you can also add layer to the photo it will help u do the work!!
