I'm rather confused as to your inquiry. Do you mean is there any way of connecting the last and first end without meeting the points?
Why yes, after selecting the last point in your selection hold control and it will automatically connect the first and last.

Hi
Sorry I did not eplain it more clear When the two ends meet so that you have you selection, a circle appears to let you know that Well on my screen this circle is that small that at times i do not know that i have connected/completed selection : i have to zoom in Is there any setup command where i can increase the size of the circle so thaty it is clearly visible regads

I'm not aware of any method to increase the small circle that accompanies the polygonic lasso tools cursor icon if that's what you mean. Though again, holding control when selecting the last point will automatically connect it to the first.
