Possible AA problem

I try to just make a simple rounded rectangle and have it filled with a colour, any colour but the edges turn out rough and have different colours showing. Here's a pic to show what I mean;

Problem Pic

The bit on the left is the image I have tried to create by draggin a rounded rectangle that doesnt look right and the bit on the right is the PS preview that looks fine. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Where abouts exactly is the fill pixels box? Also, for using the rounded rectangle tool I dont know where the anti aliasing option is. I am not very familiar with PS7's GUI.
