Problem With all Photoshop Version
I Have problem with photoshop with all version.

I only use standard tool and it happend over and over. I have try to re install from PH 5.0 to 8.0 (CS). But my problem still appear.
The problem show not only when I edit the image, but when I Scan some image too.
Please Help me........
My Computer Config.
Athlon XP 1600
384 MB Memory
Geforce IV Mx 64 MB
Scanner Epson GT-9500
Dual Boot Windows 2000 and Windows XP
