PSP Pixelate in 16 colours - how to?
I have PaintshopPro7 so apologies if this area is for Photoshop only...
I have a map of Europe that I've edited so that each country is a single colour, and no country touches another country of the same colour. I now want to pixelate this image so that I get a very blocky map of Europe, and each block/pixel remains the same colour as that of the largest amount of country/colour within it.
Trouble is, I can't seem to get PSP to pixelate at anything close to 16 colours - it demands true colour (or 256, I can't remember ... I'm not at my own PC right now) which ruins the effect I am trying to acheive.
Assistance here would be greatly appreciated!
