Question random watermark text size

I'm trying to watermark a load of images to put on a website and i've created one of those Photoshop macros to speed it up.

It works fine most of the time on most of the pictures but on a couple the text appears a lot smaller. It's unreadably small! The thing is, it appears to be smaller but when i select the layer and look at the font size, it says that it's the same as all the rest. i've checked the image sizes and all of the pictures have the same dimensions. i just can't figure it out.

Any ideas anyone?? Please help.

btw: i'm using PS 7.0
