Rasterizing text before printing (missing fonts)?

Hi

I'm working on simple label design and when i sent the psd. file to the printing office they replied that they do not have some fonts. What can I do? Do I rasterize the text? They did not say what fonts they don't have and I don't want to change them anyway.
Do i open file in Illustrator and than save it as pdf. with allow editing in illustrator?
