Exclamation

If you are new to photoshop you might not know where to find "blending options" ....
1. Layer
2. Layer styles
3. stroke

From there you can adjust thikness and color of your stroke... inside or out side of the image.

I suggest going "out side", and the desired effect you want from your image looks like a thikness of "1" ... play around with the different thiknesses. I would keep under 2, unless you so desire.

Hope that helped. Ciao
