"Save for Web" & older PS versions?
I was explaining to my sister how to use "save the web" but it turns out she has PS 4.0 and says she doesn't see that option anywhere.
Does anyone know where in PS 4 she would find this option or it's equivalent. Thankyou. |

What pops into my head would be a Save As option.

Oops. I just realized I wrore "save the web". Uh, that should have been "save FOR web". It's differnt than "save" or "save as". "Save for Web" lets you optimize/compress the graphic for web use so its not high-bytes.

No, I understood what you meant, but the only version I've used is 7, so I didn't know if maybe the Save for Web option is a newer thing. Could be they just had a Save As option & it did whatever optimizing it was going to do by default settings. Just a thought. Good luck.
