I create a rectangle using shape tool
then i add the anchor point in the middle of the shape, both side, up and down after that I drag the points and finally smooth the shape but the image becomes jagged when i drag the anchor points, is there any solution to solve this problems? |

Pixels are square not round so zoomed in you will see stair stepping, but at 100% it should look fine.

Check your resolution and check your image mode. If your image is a bitmap, there is no anti-aliasing (only uses solid pixels)
