Swap Image in DW MX not workin

I have constructed a menu which is contained of images and I am using the swap image behavior. However, for some reason when I swap over the image the over image is getting "cut off" in some way... There is a background image in the cell that is supposed to line up with over image and it's not (I created them together in photoshop and now the over images look like they have a smaller stroke than the background image??). I have attached an URL and if someone could take a look and give me some ideas that would be wonderful. (Roll over the green buttons at the top)
