tagging images when making web photo album in P.S. CS

Hi,

I am trying to make a web photo album in PS CS and am using the automatic feature that's built in. In that feature window, there is an option to add a custom text "tag" to the images to deter copying by others. I type in the text I want and complete everything there, however, when I click OK and make the album, it does not add the "tag"....when the images 'pop' up in PS as it goes through them all and creates the album, you can see that it adds the tag, but when the album is complete, NO TAG

Anyone know why this would be happening and/or how to fix it??

Or does anyone know of a free program that I could use to tag images that does not automatically include a tag of the programs' own on the pictures that you tag??
