Trouble Editing Image

Hi. I was trying to edit a picture with out lock. The image currently have in the background a text that shows the "SAMPLE" word, how can I erase the "SAMPLE" word?

Attached the Image.

cant. which is a good thing

less course you've got the time to zoom in and color over the words.
